An Introduction
Incorporated in the year 1982, the company Buch Plastics & Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is the outcome of the efforts initiated by our Director Atul B. Buch, who along with two U.K. based entrepreneurs started manufacturing High Density Polyethylene Woven Sacks of 25 kg capacity, catering to the fertilizer industry. Our director is a qualified polymer technologist with a degree from the South Bank Polytechnic & Brunnel University, London.
We are a prominent manufacturer and exporter of A-one quality HDPE Woven Jumbo Bags, HDPE/PP Woven Sacks, Liner Rolls, Sheets, Plastic Bags and PP Tarpaulins. We are also an importer of PP Granules. Our products are largely exported to Zambia, Fiji, Middle East and Germany. The production capacity of 4 Lakh Small Bags and 50 thousand F.I.B.C. Jumbo Bags in a month is our present maintained level of production capacity.
Our sister concern, M/s Bhavi Bulkpack Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacture of HDPE Tarpaulin, LDPE Wide Width Film and PP Slings. We manufacture our F.I.B.C. products which have been approved by various international agencies and also as per U.N. IMDG code with regard to packaging and handling of dangerous materials. Following quality standards of BS 6382, PART- 1 has opened the gates to numerous prominent companies dealing in F.I.B.C. products. The company's 1000 kg and 1500 kg bag has been approved by a leading German test house namely, Labordata Laboratory.

The company has imported an Anti Static Measuring Device from Germany to test the static charge in line with the norms developed by European FIBC association. Buch Plastics & Packaging Pvt. Ltd. has received approval from the Indian Institute of Packaging for consistently adhering to quality in production processes.
A German test house Labordata Laboratory has given a green signal for our 1000 and 1500 kg FIBC Jumbo bags. Some major tests performed at our concern are:
- Denier Testing of Rafia Tapes (Testing Machine-Contact Weighing Machine, Gayatri Made Denier Measuring Machine)
- Fabric Tensile Strength/Elongation Test (1.3 D Manual KMI Testing/Seam Strength Testing Machines)
- Bursting Strength Test
- Ink Quality Test.
Infrastructure
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with separate units for different operations. Our manufacturing unit has two specialised divisions. One division is the Fabric and Finishing Division and the other is the Lamination and Finishing Division. Our in-house production facility has surplus arrangements for excellent quality stitching work, printing facility, superlative packaging methods and quality assurance laboratory.
